Walk into Legends and it feels like you're stepping into a middle-of-the range restaurant. That's partly what Legends is. Take a turn to the right, and Legends turns into a luxury sports bar, with oversized booths, plenty of tables, a wrap-around bar and sports memorabilia There are enough flat-screened TVs to always have a good seat for any game. Each booth even has its own personal flat-screened TV. The first Legends was built by local entrepreneur Mark Rogers in 1995 with the idea of creating a restaurant and bar that reminded sports fans of their own star moments as an athlete or their favorite legends they watched on a field or court. Everything about the food at Legends is big — the menu, portions and variety. Bar patrons can order from the full menu that's loaded with American specialties as well as pastas, fajitas and hand-cut steaks. Sandwiches start at $7.50 and steaks go up to $20.
