Smells bad and Serivce is TERRIBLE!!

Orlando's has good pizza, but everything else is just okay. The service we received on a not so busy Saturday night was TERRIBLE!! All said and done, we waited over an hour and a half for our food and were told it was because a large carry out order had come in before our order, even though we saw 3 or 4 tables come in, order, eat, and leave before we even had salads. Our waitress even had the audacity to ask me "is she always like that?" after one of the women in our party asked to speak to a manager. I had heard great things about Orlando's and was really excited to try it. Needless to say, I won't be back. The food isn't THAT good and I've received better customer service at McDonald's. I'm amazed this place has stayed open with this kind of service.

the owner is insulting and disrespectful to patrons and staff....the food is fine ..but why bother...why is this guy still in business? ..take your business elsewhere

Overall, Orlondo's is pretty awesome. I have never eaten in, but we have never been unsatisfied with anything we've had so far. Our go-to order is Jamaican Chicken Nachos and Antipasta Salad. Both are awesome. The pizza here is great, too. I've never been a fan of cavateli, but it's not bad here.

The only thing I would say needs improvement is the staff's interaction. They carry on conversations with patrons and fellow servers while interacting with you. It's incredibly rude.

A neighborhood tavern with amazing food

Overall rating:

Orlondo's is your average neighborhood tavern, complete with a a crowd of regulars, good drink prices, and friendly service. What sets it apart, though, is their awesome food. Their italian salad is amazing, and they serve food all night (until 1AM I believe, I've gotten food after midnight on several occasions). While it might not be a place to drive across town to go drinking at, their great food and good service make it a place not to be missed.

I love the pizza and salads here-mostly because of the amazing creamy Italian dressing and heaping mound of cheese! It's a great divey atmosphere with an awesome beer selection, live music and friendly people.

Great Food...Blah Place to Stay

Let me start off by saying the food here is outstanding. They make some really good sandwiches and pizza. The creamy italian house dressing is awesome. They even serve it with some of the sandwiches for dipping. With that said, the place itself is really boring. It's just a room with a TV in the corner and some tables and chairs. Nothing to get excited about. Some people may dig this, and that's cool, but sometimes the ambiance of the bar/restaurant can be important. Either way though, try the food! You won't be diappointed.
