I am not only an ISU grad, but daughter of two ISU grads, and grand daughter of two ISU grads. I grew up hearing about ISU football games and the Tip Top Lounge. Its the perfect example of a "dive bar". Students, Allum and Ames resident all patronize the bar. Its in its prime during game day where they serve delicious and cheap chili.
