Andy's Place opened its doors in early October, but it carries over a lot of the relaxed, friendly bar feel of Vic & Andy's, which used to occupy the space.
It fits right in with the long-standing bars on Southwest Ninth and has a history and character that are recognizable the second you walk in the door.
