After the first of the year, the sports bar formerly known as Krieger's became Mug's when its owners decided to break away from the chain. Mug's looks like your typical neighborhood sports bar and grill: well-lit, plenty of tables and booths, a few trophies, some sports memorabilia and an excessive amount of TVs lining the walls. What sets the bar apart from the others is the unusual amount of framed posters featuring painted depictions of famous athletes as toddlers.
