We bring in 30 to 300 people for Steelers Games and always are treated well and have fantastic service.

Management Needs Improved!!

Before visiting Trophies we looked online to see hours, location, type of payments, etc. Under the "Metromix" site is where we found their site. It supplied sufficient information, however where it states they accept checks is not true!!

After eating, we attempted to pay with a check (local) and they ended up calling 2 managers who quickly confronted me quizzing me where I saw that, ect. I told them I saw their information online, and also had placed a call to make sure this was correct. Well, after being treated like I had liked to them and made it very clear you can only write a check if you are in the bowling alley area. Strange. Management was extremely unpleasant and I had to deal with this for many minutes until I was not giving in to what was on their site, and what I was told. They need to update their web site so other customers will not be given such rude behavior.
