Cesar Millan's marriage has gone to the dogs. And a chunk of his Dog Whisperer fortune is going to his ex.
Millan, 42, who came to this country from Mexico with $100 in his pocket and the dream of becoming a dog trainer, announced in June 2010 that he and wife Illusion were splitting after 16 years of marriage. She filed papers, citing irreconcilable differences and asking for custody of their two sons, Andre and Calvin.
Now TMZ reports the final divorce papers have been filed and show that Cesar, who makes $170,000 a month - thanks to eight seasons of his National Geographic Channel show as well as his Dog Psychology Center and all things relating to Cesar Millan Inc., will pay Illusion a lump sum of $400,000 plus $23,000 a month in alimony and $10,000 in child support.
The documents also mention "intimate, personal and/or private information about the other party ... including details of their personal and/or sexual relationships" must remain confidential.
