Be a part of the Oktoberfest fun on Saturday, Sept. 27!
Teams are signing up for one of two games that Metromix will sponsor at the event:
Metromix Oktoberfest Physical Challenge - 2 p.m.
Teams of four will compete in this one-of-a-kind relay event. Relay shenanigans include keg rolling, bobbing for brats, beer-mug carrying and more.
Metromix Oktoberfest Cornhole Tournament - 12:30-2:30 p.m.
You may know it as bags, but this game actually originated in Germany. Sixteen teams of two will compete in this first-ever Oktoberfest tournament. NOTE: CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW FULL; CHECK BACK TO SEE IF SPOTS OPEN UP CLOSER TO THE EVENT DATE.
Each person on the winning teams for these two events will receive a glass beer boot (just like the ones at Hessen Haus), an Iowa Cubs 2009 Mug Club Membership and more!
All registered participants will receive FREE Oktoberfest admission for Saturday.
