Bell’s Circus at El Bait Shop
James Hoover, 29, and Kellie Hoover, 28, were at El Bait Shop Saturday for the Eccentric Bell’s Circus. Wacky Costumes, Bell's Beer, a Keg Walk, a dunk tap, painted ladies, water balloons, and lots lots more were on tap for all who turned out for the fun.
