It's that season again: With the clock ticking closer and closer to Halloween, Des Moines-ites are snapping up costumes at a frightening pace. Sure, there are many places to find your perfect outfit. There are Web sites, temporary stores, and major retailer costumes galore. But wouldn't you rather have something unique? I gathered together a group looking for just that. We went to three of the best local Des Moines shops where you can find your perfect scary or sassy Halloween look. Check out what my friends and I found!
