Fresh View: Best of 2011
This past spring I was cast in the Des Moines Playhouse's production of The Wedding Singer. Wanting to try my hand at some backstage photojournalism, I captured anything that might make an interesting shot for those unfamiliar with what it takes to put on a show. The results were a Metromix Fresh View gallery. Here, cast members stretch before a rehearsal. There's something about the mundane task of stretching mixed with the flashy elements of the set that I like.
