Drake Stadium is the home of the world-famous Drake Relays. Every year in April some of the best track athletes in the world converge on Des Moines for a week of track and field competition, live entertainment and other fan-friendly events.
The stadium also serves as home of the Drake Bulldog football team. Competing in the Pioneer League, the Bulldogs are a Playoff Subdivision (Division I-AA) non-scholarship program.
The Roosevelt High School football team's home games are played at Drake Stadium.
