Hours: 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. every day. The gardens will be closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day and during Iowa State University home football game days due to heavy traffic and limited parking; those days are Oct. 18, Oct. 25 and Nov. 15.
Admission Price: Adults $7, Seniors (65-over) $6, students (4-17) $3, children under 3 are free, ISU students with student ID card are free. Annual family memberships start at $50.
Dress Code: Anything Goes
Smoking: No

Reiman Gardens sits on 14 acres of property in the shadow of Jack Trice Stadium on the Iowa State University campus. What started as a modest educational garden soon exploded into a popular evolving garden grounds with a gift shop, insect exhibits and an indoor butterfly house--home to some of the world's rarest species. Reimans is a good spot to spend an afternoon checking out plants and bugs (and also a good place to get married).
