The noisy, flashy Hollywood sequels and high-concept movies always steal most of the summer spotlight, but what would seasons past have been without indie alternatives like "Fahrenheit 9/11," "Once," "Waitress" and "Little Miss Sunshine"? Here are a few of the lower-profile, but hopefully higher-quality, offerings that promise to keep the coolest local theaters hopping all summer long.
