James Cameron's favorite 'Titanic 3D' scenes
With this week’s re-release of 1997’s epic romance Titanic in 3-D, “People are expecting the big visual-effect scenes — the sinking of the ship and so on — to be spectacular,” says director James Cameron. “They will not be disappointed.” But revelations also are in store during more intimate scenes in where the technology “brings the rest of the movie up to the big sweeping moments we all remember.’’ Cameron talks with USA TODAY about up-close-and-personal scenes that gain power in the new version
