The kid has a growth spurt in 'Diary Of A Wimpy Kid: Dog Days'
Zachary Gordon stars as body-challenged Greg Heffley in the third installment of the Wimpy Kid series, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days (due out Aug. 3). Gordon admits he's changed some since the series first hit the big screen in 2010. "I've grown 13 inches since the first movie," says Gordon. "And my voice is really deep now. People will be surprised. But then they'll see it is Greg. He's still the same kid."
That includes Greg’s continued journal writing, the basis of Jeff Kinney's book series around which the movies are based.
