Larger Little Big Fest spreads out in East Village

Annual music fest spreads out to three East Village venues

Wooly’s, 504 E. Locust St.

5:30 p.m.: The Host Country. Two-piece acoustic act from Cedar Falls.
6:30 p.m.: Mary McAdams. Award-winning Des Moines singer-songwriter.
7:45 p.m.: SUBliminal Chaos. Des Moines dub-step artist Dan Green.
9:15 p.m.: Peace, Love and Stuff. Des Moines rockabilly group fronted by Lavonne McRoberts.
10:30 p.m.: Mr. Baber’s Neighbors. Local bluegrass band that has played every Little Big Fest.
11:30 p.m: Family Groove Company. Chicago jam band.

5 p.m.: Har-di-har. Experimental folk from Cedar Falls.
6:15 p.m.: Randy Burk and the Prisoners. Des Moines country band that recently placed second in the Artistsignal.com nationwide battle of the bands.
7:30 p.m.: Rebel Creek. Classic rock and blues-influenced jam band.
9 p.m.: Best of Fools. Des Moines jam/rock band.
10:15 p.m.: The Chronicles. Des Moines power jam pop trio.
11:15 p.m: Cirrus Minor. Local “psychedelic” variety.

8 p.m.: Osbsidian’s Dream. Ames genre-blending jam act.
9:30 p.m.: The Colt Walkers. Roots, folk and blues from Ames.
11 p.m.: Aquamarine Dream Machine. Des Moines psychedelic jam rock.
