Glen Campbell brings "The Goodbye Tour" to Ames

Last summer country legend Glen Campbell shared with the world that he had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Rather than stepping out of the lime light, the "Rhinestone Cowboy" singer embarked on "The Goodbye Tour" to perform for fans one last time.

He'll bring the show to Stephens Auditorium in Ames on April 15.

Instant People, a group that features Campbell's kids Ashley, Cal and Shannon, will open the show. Tickets are $48 and $68 and go on sale Feb. 27 through Ticketmaster.
