Iowa City Song Project album details
The Englert Theatre in Iowa City comissioned 31 acts around Iowa to record songs inspired by the experiences in or impressions of Iowa City in honor of the venue's 100th anniversary. The lineup of acts includes Greg Brown, William Elliott Whitmore, Wet Hair, The Poison Control Center and others.
The album will be out Nov. 6, and the theater will be hosting release shows Nov. 2-3 to celebrate.

On Nov. 3 the theater will host We Shave, Emperors Club, Skye Carrasco, and Lwa.
