Matchbox Twenty coming to the Civic Center

Good news for everyone I dated in the late 90s: Matchbox Twenty is coming to the Civic Center. The "Back 2 Good" (which would have been a great boy band name) group plays Des Moines on Feb. 10.

I feel like I was too snarky in the first paragraph. I apologize.

The band released its fourth album (the first in 10 years), "North," in September. No word yet on when tickets go on sale.
