Miley Cyrus at Wells Fargo Arena

"Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus performs at Wells Fargo Arena Oct. 9 as part of her 2009 North American tour. The 16-year-old is the daughter of "Achy Breaky Heart" singer Billy Ray Cyrus, but I probably didn't need to point that out since she's one of the biggest stars in the world.

Tickets are $41.25, $61.25 and $81.25 and go on sale June 13 through www.dahlstickets.com. A special American Express pre-sale starts June 10. Tickets won't be available to purchase at Wells Fargo Arena's ticket office or Dahl's locations, since Cyrus's tour is a paperless tour.

Metro Station, fronted by Miley's brother Trace Cyrus, opens the show. There may be some more Metro Station news by the end of the week. I'll try not to let the blog become all Cyrus family related.

Probably because they're 12. I don't remember why I had a C+C Music Factory tape in 1991, but I did.
