More Grandstand news: Happy Together Tour 2012

The fourth Grandstand act to be announced is actually several acts. The old Rock N Roll Reunion show makes something of a comeback with the Happy Together 2012 Tour making a stop on Aug. 10. 

The oldies packages includes performances by The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie, Micky Dolenz of The Monkees, Gary Puckett & the Union Gap, The Grass Roots and The Buckinghams.

Like all other fair shows to date, there is no on sale date or ticket prices announced yet. The lineup to date is:

Aug. 9: TobyMac

Aug. 10: Happy Together Tour 2012

Aug. 14: The Band Perry

Aug. 17: Hank Williams Jr.

The Iowa State Fair runs Aug. 9-19, though two of the Grandstand nights are usually filled by racing events. So with this announcement the Grandstand is likely almost half booked.
