The Envy Corps on "Entourage"

The Envy Corps just posted on the band Facebook page that "Entourage" will be using a song in this Sunday's episode.

I emailed Luke Pettipoole and Brandon Darner to get a little more info and Luke sent me this reply:

"The song is called 'Gnats' and it's the hidden track on 'Kid Gloves,' it kinda has a Zepplin vibe. As I understand it the scene involves Ari Gold pumping himself up for a meeting with the NFL."

So set your DVR for Sunday. I haven't watched "Entourage" since the first season — not even the Aquaman stuff — but I think I'll tune in for this.

And The Envy Corps will be in good company when the band plays the Concert for Equality show July 31 in Omha. Bright Eyes, Cursive, Gillian Welch & David Rawlings and others are also on the bill. As you can guess with a line-up like that, it's sold out.
