They Might Be Giants, Iris DeMent, Minus The Bear and more at Wooly's

I apologize that blogging has been kind of spotty since before the holidays. I'll try to improve on things with a few blogs today.

Wooly's has announced several new shows this week, here's a catch-all for them:

They Might Be Giants perform on June 4. Tickets are $22 in advance.

Iowa-based singer-songwriter Iris DeMent plays on Feb. 15. Her latest album, "Sing the Delta," came out in October.

Minus The Bear is at Wooly's with Rah Rah on March 1. Tickets go on sale Friday.

Seth Hedquist's The Band Tribute, Stage Fright, performs at Wooly's Jan. 27. Performing with Hedquist is James Biehn on bass, Karen Harrison on keyboard, Neil Stoffregen on keyboard, and Joel Gettys on drums. $10 in advance.

80/35 vets Greensky Bluegrass return Feb. 22. Tickets are $15.

Local band Mindrite plays its final show March 15. Tickets are $10.

Crowder performs March 22, tickets are $25.

Opeth is there May 15. $25.
