VEISHEA line-up announced

Iowa State University has announced the acts for this year's VEISHEA, running April 16-22 in Ames.

Live @ VEISHEA Friday Night (April 20) will feature: Hot Chelle Rae, New Boyz, Eric Hutchinson, Jason Reeves, T Mills and Electric Touch.

Live @ VEISHEA Saturday Night (April 21) includes: Jay Sean, Iyaz, Hunter Hayes, Craig Campbell and Eric Paslay. 

On April 18 Cyclone Idol will feature guest host Young MC.

Bootytronic Suite will host Club VEISHEA April 20-21 with free electronic music. 

While not a music event, fans of Flight of the Conchords will want to make sure they check out Kristen Schaal's comedy show April 21 at Stephens. She played the duo's obsessed fan Mel on the HBO show. That's a free show.

Tickets for Friday and Saturday night concerts will be sold separately and will be available for sale to Iowa State University students, faculty, staff and alumni beginning Monday, February 20 at 8am. Tickets will be sold exclusively online via the VEISHEA website.

From February 20 to April 20, anyone with a valid Iowa State University ID can purchase up to five tickets for $15 for a single night or $20 for both nights. Online ticket sales will end at 4 p.m. on Friday, April 20.

On April 20 and 21 (nights of sales), tickets will be $20 per night, available only on site, with no discount for purchasing both nights. Prices are subject to availability.
