Ian Hall, 28, Roger Liebhart, 27, and Courtney Cligan, 25, were in Heavy Metal Heaven as High on Fire, Mastodon, and Dethklok blew into West Des Moines' Val Air Ballroom Wednesday night. Metromix rocked along with the fans and the bands.
