Some of the best foods are served on a stick. In honor of the State Fair (and their 30+ foods on a stick) we asked three local chefs to put their creations on a stick. Darin Sturgill, chef at Sbrocco, prepared Niman Ranch pork and morel sausage with garden veggies on a stick served with a side of pomegranate and rhubarb barbecue sauce.
