BOS, located in the Renaissance Savery Hotel in downtown Des Moines, serves a variety of Midwest entrees. Located right down the street from the Civic Center, it's a popular spot to grab dinner or drinks before a show. A separate bar, Monihan's Speakeasy Lounge, is also located in the Savery.
