This caffeine pit stop is on the way to the Kaleidecope Hub restaurants and businesses, and right in the middle of the busy skywalk. There’s no seating at the large kiosk, which makes it a sure bet for a quick stop on the way back to the office since there’s no one waiting for refills or sitting too long at tables. “Friedrich’s has the best flavor,” regular Melissa Snyder said. “Other places in the skywalk are too weak for my taste. Plus, they always have the best service.”

Timbuktuu Coffee, 700 Walnut St.
Another skywalk fave, Timbuktuu encourages patrons to sit and stay at its few small tables. It also offers a few breakfast items, fruit, water and energy drinks.
