That is a bit of a let down. Hopefully they can make this place into something special. Steakhouses are a hard sell anyway, especially in the summer when grilling at home is so easy, so trying to compete with two older places in the area that do the same thing, do it well, and it sounds like they do it better is a rocky road. Hopefully the next review will have a better result. p.s. Never leave your meat unattended at the grill, at any of the "grill it yourself" places. :D
