Maybe you have a big family dinner planned for Tuesday, or maybe you would rather eat Chex Mix at a dive bar than spend other minute at home with your family. But there are also dining options that haven’t been grazed by the dirty fingers of countless drunks. So, if you want a hassle-free Christmas dinner, here are a few options:

Trophy’s Sports Bar & Grill, 2701 Douglas Ave. – Trophy’s and Plaza Lanes will open at 3 p.m. Tuesday. It will serve its full menu and offer drink specials into the evening. Plus, you can get some family togetherness while bowling a few games.

Triple Crown Eatery, Prairie Meadows, 1 Prairie Meadows Drive, Altoona – The Triple Crown will serve breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. for $11.95. It will add a carving station with prime rib, ham, turkey, New York strip, stuffed pork loin and more for brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $19.95.

Dinner is served from 2 to 10 p.m. for $19.95. AJ’s Steakhouse in Prairie Meadows will be open as well from 5 to 10 p.m.

Two Rivers Grille, 1250 Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines – The restaurant in the West Des Moines Marriott is serving its regular menu from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Day.

House of Hunan, 6810 Douglas Ave., Urbandale and 5934 Ashworth Road, West Des Moines – Both of House of Hunan’s locations will open at 3:30 p.m. so you can refuel with tasty Chinese food after a present-opening frenzy.
