I havent tried any of these taco carts, but have been meaning to. Im getting hungry just thinking about it. I need to check them out!

I have tried all 3 of these taco trucks and they are great!! Sounds like a good idea for dinner too!

Al pastor is not spicy sausage - that is chorizo, as you mentioned below that. Al pastor is marinated, slow-cooked pork. Other than that, I love this article. I'd love to see this as a feature (finding the best authentic taco in town) every week, although I think all roads lead to Mariana's on University.
