Showdown Challenge, Cactus Bob's, 5955 Merle Hay Road, Johnston. The Scoville scale ranks food according to heat, with jalapeños ranking around 8,000. Cactus Bob's Showdown Sauce is about 2.5 million, about half the strength of pepper spray. Finish a sandwich covered in this fiery potion in 10 minutes and you get a free shirt and your picture on the Wall of Dangerous Eating Desperadoes. Don't finish and you get regrets and second guesses for a few days. $6.
