The menu covers the barbecue basics: pork, brisket, ribs, chicken. There's a decent selection of domestic beers and wines, and a variety of homestyle desserts. You'll notice what appears to be a salad bar. It is, in fact, the Pickle Patch, where you can load up on dill spears, onions, jalapenos, sweet peppers and other barbecue-related relishes. Oh, and don't forget that Mondays is all-you-can-eat ribs for just $12.99!
