After 27 years of being open the crowd at Skip's can be described with one word: regular. Almost half the customers are weekly, if not daily, regulars, who stop by for a drink at the bar or for a good meal. The bar serves a variety of martinis and manhattans and the most popular menu items are the steak de burgo, pan-fried walleye, and bow tie pasta.

Cozy and dark. Cheese soup. Bloody Mary. Forget going back to work. Great service. Reasonably priced. Always good. Get there early!
