Maybe I visited on a bad day

Im a huge Bruegger's fan, but decided to visit Iowa Bakery Cafe this morning instead. I love supporting local businesses and we just moved to the area. I arrived around 10am and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a roast beef sandwich-both on bagels. The girl that helped me had a very bad attitude, and it immediately made me want to leave and take my business elsewhere. I head the customers in front of me commenting about it as well, upset by the way they had been treated. She acted as if making my food was a huge inconvenience for her and huffed and puffed about making my 2 simple bagels-an order with no special requests. The bagels were stale and hard, but the cream cheese was very good. Our food was average-not terrible or great. They are known for their frosted bagels and bagel bites, which are quite good-I purchased one to bring home. I saw staff making them fresh in the back. I really want to like this place, so I am going to give them another chance.
