What it is: Probably one of the most derided health foods (it’s grass!). The grass is said to have health benefits such as increasing red blood cell count, lowering blood pressure, stimulating your thyroid and restoring alkalinity to the blood. But one word of warning: This actually does taste like grass. At Fuel it comes with a little chaser of frozen yogurt to get the taste out of your mouth.
