Billy Macks delivered on two components of the perfect coney - soft, warm, high-quality buns and hot dogs seasoned with a bit of smoke and a touch of garlic. The chili, though, may have been a bit too wimpy to stand up to the flavor of the dog. Note that we both assumed efficient Coney cradling positions to avoid valuable chili runoff. The massive Shak Grinder was deliciously tender and surprisingly lean.
