Keeping a continent's culinary heritage intact while moving it to a new location in the middle of meat-and-potatoes America is a pretty impossible task, but this restaurant has tried to do just that. Offerings hail mostly from India's north and north central plains. Specialties from Punjab and Rajistan dominate, but famous South Indian dishes such as Biriyani appear. Choices are ample: nine diverse chicken dishes, a few lamb concoctions and a dozen meat-free entrees. That is just the paper menu: An elaborate buffet is available for lunch and dinner.
