I had the pleasure of eating here today after not having been for a long time! I ordered the gryo and had high hopes. Thankfully-it lived up to all my expectations! The lamb, pita, veggies and sauce were perfect. It was served with a side if fries, that were more like potato wedges. We had fast and friendly service. I'm excited to go back and try the other things on the interesting menu!

Cafe Beaudelaire is one of those great little spots in Ames that makes you feel like you are ina much larger metropolitan area-something that I often welcome after going to school in Ames for four years, and now working in the area. They are known for their tasty and strong Long Island Ice Tea's. Its a great place and drink to start your night with. The Dj's there spin music from around the world allowing people to salsa or meringue dance. Its also a great place to stop in for a quiet lunch. I wasnt familiar with Brazilian food-but the menu really offers a little something for everyone.
