For those unfamiliar with the concept, here's how it works: Patrons go to the buffet, pick up a bowl and fill it with any of a wide selection of uncooked meats, seafood, noodles and vegetables, then top it with any of several oil-based sauces. Get creative with the sauce or follow suggestions for tried-and-true mixtures. Then hand the bowl to a cook at the grill, where the bowlful of food is stir-fried � a production in itself that is fun to watch. The mixture is then scooped onto a plate and handed back to the patron. Tip: After you hand over your bowl, stay in place in line at the grill and keep moving around the grill. Food is returned to patrons in the order it was presented, so if you shuffle around with other people in line - or are being kind by letting someone in front of you, they, and you, are likely to be handed someone else's plate.
