This restaurant serves local meats and greens whenever possible. Organic, antibiotic- and hormone-free beef and free-range poultry are the staples, as are fries cooked in transfat-free canola oil. Beer and wine also are served. Sandwiches include a variety of beef burgers from $3.75 and up. Veggie burgers, portabella mushroom burgers, tuna and turkey burgers are also options. Or, try a salad. Big City Greens salads are $6.50 (customers pick the lettuce, dressing and five toppings). Signature salads cost $9.50.
