This is strictly a family-owned-and-operated catering service for all kinds of gatherings, business events, and wherever fun food is enjoyed. As a featured vendor at the Valley Junction Farmers Market, its take-home delicacies are highly sought-after. They are most noted for their "melt in your mouth" slabs of ribs prepared in the Kansas City style (rubbed with no sauce, using slow cooking over low heat until the meat is "falling off the bone"). Other offerings include pulled pork barbecue and pork loin sandwiches. Entries are available, or pick up a full meal with sides, including their proprietary baked beans in a thick, savory sauce with plenty of added-in tidbits of flavorings ... makes your mouth water just thinking about a meal.
