Hiland Bakery has been owned by the same family for 62 years, and that legacy shows in the quality of their cakes, cookies and donuts. They're famous for their champagne cakes – the filling's made with a secret family recipe – and for their decorated cookies. Everything is made from scratch and done the old-fashioned way, with each cookie hand-rolled, cut and decorated.
