The service was horrible. The staff was RUDE. I tried this place on for dinner, lunch and for a to-go order and ALL of it was horrible. I love local places and LOVE to support them but I will never step foot in this horrible place. I hope you go under.

We went there for lunch, ordered 2 burgers and fries. Took 30 minutes, they lost the order. Wanted my money back, they refused. Waited another 5. It came finally, cold, dry , I can't believe I paid $16.00 for sub par food. I asked if we could eat it outdoors as it was the last warm day this month. She said anywhere. So we found a table at the far West end . Sat there , 5 minutes later this goon comes over tells us we have to move as that was the wait area. I said it had ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper and the people around us were also eating outside.(Big line to get in). He said we would have to leave immediately and go back to where we came from. I said there was not tables available in there. He said we''d have to move or he would call the police. My husband showed our reciept, he said we still have to move. By now everyone is looking at us like we did something wrong. My husband said we'd be finished and take our tray and stuff inside. He said he didn't care, that table was for the people waiting to get in. It was a fricken eating table. Finally my husband blew his stack as the guy was plain rude to two elderly people and vowed to never come there again. The guy snarkly replied, have a nice day come back soon. I would rather eat dog crap than go there again. It is substandard food, with plastic zombies and you are treated like a rotting corpse.

The first time I experienced was on a work outting! we got a little bit of everything and i was pretty impressed at that point. I went back by myself to try a veggie burger! very delicious, had GREAT flavor! most veggie burgers are dry! VERY juicy. I went there recently with my bf, it was packed put our name in for reservations and its awesome that they text you when your table is ready. we shared a zombie wedding cake shake which was amazing. both of our burgers were delicious. the greek zombie was just like a gyro! we were very happy and will continue to go back. so much more to try! :) i recommend this to everyone I know!

We have been here three times now. All three times were excellent. We were greeted immediately. All three different waiters were very helpful and very friendly. Between the tow of us we've tried Dead Moines, Zombie Burger, Walking Ched, Dawn of the Dead and "...Barbara". All 5 were very good. Burgers are always cooked to well done but are still very juicy and flavorful. Fries are unique. I wouldn't call them old or bad by any means. They are just different. Goat cheese poppers are very good, fried pickles are good. The peanut butter banana shake is very good as well.
I have no idea what the other reviewers, that are giving poor reviews, are talking about. Everyone else I've talked to that has been there has been very impressed.

We came in on Sunday, myself/gf and her 2 boys. The boys didn't finish their chocolate shakes or their hot dogs, not a good sign. Our burgers were greasy, luke warm and not very good. The fries tasted like McDonalds sitting out for 4 days. The fried pickles were good though. The waiter was either high or was to busy tweeting in the back to do his job, lousy service. We also aren't into the hipster/emo whatever scene so that was annoying. Won't be going back.

I don't believe I've ever been so disappointed with my first visit to a new restaurant.
I ordered a Double Tap Dead Moines, and Garlic Bacon + Blue Cheese Fries.
After ordering, I waited approximately 1/2 hour for my food, despite the fact that there was no back-up in the line.
The Burger - Undercooked (a relative judgement), nearly room temperature when served, and so greasy that I could not taste any of the toppings.
The Fries - Undercooked on the inside, looked nearly burnt on the outside.
Value - for $14.50, I expected a killer burger and some awesome fries. No dice.

After all the hype, I figured I might as well give it a try. The burgers were just okay, the fries were atrocious. For what we paid for two burgers and fries, we figured it would be spectacular. It just wasn't. I will most definately give some time for the hype to die down and for the staff to get into their groove, and try it again.
