Half of Palazzo’s menu is dedicated to grilled cheese, with more than 20 options ranging from the Palazzo (with a scoop of grinder meat), Heifer (roast beef) and the Scarlet (sliced tomatoes). All are served on garlic focaccia. The Tee Box pairs bacon with fried peppers for a good mix of crunch, heat and meltiness. All sandwiches are served with a bag of chips. $6.50.
