Find it: Gusto Pizza Co., 1905 Ingersoll Ave. The Aphrodite at Gusto keeps things healthier with goat cheese and a balsamic reduction, then adding roasted red peppers, red onion and fresh basil. Aphrodite was known for her beauty, so she probably wasn’t loading up her ‘za with extra mozzarella, cream cheese and fried anything. $10 for a 10-inch pie.
