5. On top, Meek shaves a creamy and flavorful Danish cheese over the whole plate. The amber color of the cheese adds even more color to the plate.
6. The social plate arrives at the table. The yoke breaks over the dish like a decadent Hollandaise sauce, complemented by the creamy risotto. The asparagus has a slight char from the grill.
