Fresh View: Fall dishes
The butternut squash panna cotta has a delicate, floral lagrein grape and clove reduction to accompany it. Co-chef and owner of Cafe di Scala Anthony Lemmo developed the dessert at a chef competition held at the Des Moines Art Center four years ago. Squash was the secret ingredient, and this dish has been wowing diners ever since!
