Iowa Beef Steakhouse is a meat and potatoes kind of place. Literally. The menu consists of nine items - all meat, with steak cuts like filet, ribeye, New York strip, sirloin and T-bone, in large 14- to 28-ounce slabs. Chicken and pork chops are also available, but the portions are just as large. Each order comes with a baked potato, a thick slice of Texas toast, and a trip to the salad bar.
